I note from this week's InsiderTrader that the CEO and a President (2 people) filed a 144 to sell 28,632 shares when the price was $36.46. I recall that only a little earlier you quoted Marks as saying the stock was a good buy at $35+. I have always had the feeling that Marks was a wheeler-dealer type person - the kind of guy who would say buy the stock when he was selling. This did not improve my view. What do you think?
