I didn't notice any mistakes, you were very thorough -- my own bottom line is that it is not a big deal. Small investors often get unnecessarily concerned about these things, but growing companies must find ways to get capital to grow. The SF journalist spun it with the short sell spin. Short sell is a provision but it may never happen. I wouldn't short this stock. It is very explosive. It could have a 5 point surge any day. Just because the provision is there the negative camp (who would like the stock to go back to 10, so they can buy in again at lower risk) highlights the short sell possibility. With this company, the more likely sell point is much higher than current prices and maybe even after a split in the 50 area. I am not a lawyer -- two courses in business law was just enough to make me dangerous, so I may be missing something. We have lawyers on board here, so maybe we can get their opinion. John
