FWIW, Mark Skousen continues to be bullish on ALTIF, as published in the newsletter arrived yesterday. Cites the presentation this month at annual Society of Mining Engineers by two SIU professors. Suggests that the estimated 11 million tonnes of Ti may be valued at over $2 billion. (Yes I know we must discount for all manner of uncertainties and timing.) Note that Skousen is not a "trader"; rather he is a buy for the 2-3 year term type guy. His most recent success was WNDR, which just got bought out, was a three-bagger.
