Jerome: Thanks for your response on QWST and thank you for confirming there are--at this time-- no LEAPS. I thought it was my incompetence that kept me from finding the QWST LEAPS. Let's stay in touch on QWST; I agree there might well be a free-fall in its future.

To Jerome and Anyone Else on this Thread:
If you'll entertain a basic and perhaps stupid question...who decides how LEAPS exist? Some unknown "They", or, for example, could you or I make an offer to buy a LEAP put (through a broker) and begin the cycle?
