Manish, Believe me, I am always thinking of potential threats to Intel as so is Andy. I will put my judgements (both positive and negative) on the PC industry and Intel's prospects up against Carl's any day. Intel's previous and continued success has been the biggest no-brainer in the industry, perhaps the entire stock market. If someone can miss something so blatantly obvious, I find it hard to put much faith in their assesment of other parts of the technology industry. As for your forecast of INTC's price over the next couple of years, I would agree on the price range but only over the next 6 months. IMHO, INTC will easily double from here within two years. FF
