Check of a Walmart, a Target and a ToysRUs store in Houston shows similar results strong sales with only 1 or 2 categories of fishing games in stock. Clerks say sell out is quick when orders are received.(Bot 2 fishing Jrs for the grandkids, reduced stock 50%.)
When you look at the big picture the Sales$/Advertising$ ratio is
ridiculous. Radaf does almost no advertising and does 100M/yr in
sales, 50M in fishing games. I think the company should allocate 1M/Q
to advertising fishing games in addition to the ads for the new games.
It is always easier to increase sales of a successful product than it
is to generate similar sales of a new product. The opportunity to
increase sales and eps here is really enormous.
