This is just an opinion!!! I think that all the bad news is priced
into the stock. The only potential problem is overall market
conditions which is quite rich after having come a long way very
quickly. As long as interest rates don't go well over 6 percent and
cause the market to really tank; downside risk seems very minimal.

REPEAT: THIS IS JUST AN OPINION - DON'T SEE ANY MORE PRICE
