One is old and one is young. In today's business world, youth and the confidence that is ever present in young leaders, can be very rewarding. In Days of old, you know when we used to have economic setbacks, That youthful confidence was often a liability. Age bring experience which brings caution. I don't know which will prevail; I just wanted to point this out. Jim
