Nougie - If you don't want to buy SI style hype, call Mike Millis. He desperately want's to talk to you. His toll free number is at the bottom of the thread header. I'll take a crack at your immediate questions based on my conversation with him last week, which I posted. LPS wouldn't have had numbers in January. They were running a pilot project. The shareholder letter that Mike will send anybody who is in his database this week, is to address the LPS part of the business. I don't know if he will post the pilot results or not, but they sounded spectacular. They won't affect the bottom line though. When the full rollout hits the bottom line in 3/4 quarter, then it should be positive. Form 10 is delayed by cleaning up the stupid suit. You can get all those details from Mike, but he assures that all is well and will be falling into place shortly. Financials expected in about two weeks.
