What I see is Caye Chapel is in avery acquisitive mode; it can't buy out Oilex, so is sidling up to it with favorable financing agreements and stock purchases.

Reading between the lines, I see CAYC taking over Oilex, if Oilex wants to sell. I for one don't see how it would benefit us, but we'll just have to wait and see.
