I expect you are right. Where can we "ordinary folk" get a copy of the legal filing? Also, what is the outlook for new customer order flow if Delphi is indeed signed on? And finally, what will a loss of say .10-.15 for the fourth quarter do to the stock price. Do you think it is already factored in? Do you think a Delphi release would make the fourth quarter potential loss a non-event?
