A funny thing, I thought someone was pumping and dumping
PHXU when I first heard "buyout" rumors 2 weeks ago:
exchange2000.com
then when it dropped back I was sure it was a pump and dump.

But this Monday I get a call from a solid source "the mailroom clerk"
who says there IS a buyout and its supposed to happen at the end of the week:
exchange2000.com

Has anyone else heard anything?
