Based on the current Nasdaq Listing Requirements(effective Aug. 22 1997) for the small cap market, why is Naxos not trading electronically? The requirements are:
1. 50 mil market cap
2. 1 mil share public float
3. mkt val public float 5 mil
4. min bid $4.00
5. market makers 3
6. shareholders 300
7. operating history 1 year
8. corporate government
