To Jeffrey, Charles Smith et al Plesantly surprised to see vcsi moving. I tend to favor the small caps but am feeling a lot of impatience with stocks which seem so promising but seem to head for the basement rather than moving up. Looking at the chart from 1992 to 1998, I can see a move to 3 again or a move upward to 14 plus for a triple long term top. So which is right---how long does one hold onto VCSI. Does anyone have info on whether or not the stock is under accumulation via volume or distribution via volume. MJ
