Yes, it is encouraging that Second Opinion has elevated CCEE from disdain to apathetic.

Of course you know this means Bohemia will likely implement more bonuses for such excitingly depressing news regarding improved below average performance.

Someone recently posed the question to me, "Know what's wrong with CCEE?" Answer: "The price."
