The info in the second paragraph is well appreciated, but the response from the company regarding the lawsuit is 'by the book' legal-eze. No company would ever admit to even a partial wrongdoing at the time of accusation because it would impact the eventual court ruling or arbitration. I'm not saying that VVUS is guilty, and even if they were, it would be very tough to prove. It's just that that response has no meaning. Diamondcutter
