This story got buried by other news yesterday, and it's no big deal, just another tidbit for anybody into details. "Microsoft's belated compliance with the preliminary injunction shows that the court's action caused Microsoft no prejudice and that Microsoft's contrary contention is merely continued gamesmanship," the brief's summary said.
