The issuance of new shares may not occur immediately. Besides the latest First Call estimate of -$0.19 is based on the existing outstanding shares. Even if the extra 40 MM shares were issued right now, it wouldn't change the St estimate which also consider sequential rev growth, yr-to-yr rev. growth, and net income or loss. I hope you bought AMD at a not-to-high price.
