What would PWAV need to do to get their products up to Nortel's
standards? (you mentioned that they weren't currently). Would it
be worth the extra effort to PWAV or should they just wait until all of
Nortel's major customers demand PWAV? <g>

You mentioned that LU seemed to be moving further to outsourcing. Are they even more strict than Nortel? Who uses more RF amplifiers between Nortel and LU?

Finally, is a PWAV acquisition/merger with SPCT realistic (i.e. is there enough incentive for the two companies to do it?)
