Summary of Sigma Design conference call on February 26th.

The DVD-PC business was disappointing. Market has not taken-off, but they fully expect (like everybody else) dramatic growth in second half of calendar 1998. They expect the DVD-PC upgrade business to pick-up shortly with a Sony re-order.

The commercial/corporate market is growing very strongly. It now represents half their sales and they expect this business to grow 50% this fiscal year. This is a high margin business and they have a high degree of visibility. Very little competition and alternatives to their products are very expensive. Current customers are: Diebold (ATM machines), Hughes, Wal-Mart, Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch (not announced). They are in field trials for several dozen applications including other major retail chains, other ATM manufacturer's, hotel chains.

They expect, conservatively, an increase in revenue of approximately 30% for fiscal year-end 1/99.

The CEO & Board will be buying shares in the open market once the "blackout" period expires. No bonuses or pay raises until company becomes profitable.
