You all.....do not call those outside lawyers. They are not able to talk to you, and will not. (And, they will bill Simula $50 for taking your call to tell you that.)

You have to get your info from management at the company.

Look.....The suit HAD to be filed. It announces to the marketplace that SMU is open for business on the ITS. I think personally, they waited longer than they needed to. Autoliv has been aggressively breaching and misusing the contract set, for at least two years.
