The share count is a little confusing. The actual amount issued is about 250mm. There are a lot of options and warrants which take the FULLY DILUTED count up to 360mm. I use 360mm since I assume the stock will be high enough to exercise all warrants and options.

BTW, PW analyst has $6 EPS in 2002, I think.
