Shivram, I thought it was obvious that there are new shares to be issued to the party putting up the money. And as I understand, they are restricted for up to a year so they will not be able to sell for a year.I am not sure of the amount of shares. Also, there will be some warrants issued too. Too busy to dig up details, but I will research some more next week if my orders have filled. For a quick bounce, I think CNTRC should just kiss Bill Gate's you-know-what a la General Magic (GMGC) and everyone will be happy. Check out GMGC today. Up 150% on MSFT invsetment in the company.
