*Response to Nicko - 1544* We see you are new on this bulletin board today and already giving out wrong information. The score in the court case is 1 for the good guys and 1 for the bad guys. There are 33 more points to be considered in this civil case so any resolution on any point is still a long way off. As for Joe Lanza, we feel that he IS promoting a solid company - Xecom. Joe has some tax problems that have been worked on for the last two years, so you are talking about old news in that respect. We think your speculation as to whether he is "making deals" with prosecutors is nothing but a poor attempt to spread disinformation. We did like your MDCE comment, though.
