I honestly think Orbitz was originally designed to reawaken interest in the stock more than anything else. I think its strong sales surprised even the company. Maybe now that Orbitz sales are settling down they will be a viable company, growing out from a strong base, but slowly and 'on a shoestring'. I think the splash Orbitz created probably did have the effect of getting some attention. Doing joint ventures & contests for the younger set can make it more feasible to do other kinds of deals like that in the future. Clearly is sold in movie theatres, for example.
