If memory serves, Brinker, over the weekend, noted that
investor sentiment currently recorded a 62% bullish reading.
To recall it, Brinker termed this reading as "neutral." On the
surface, the number does seem rather high and certainly has
climbed lately. What per cent would be described as "bearish."
