I don't follow Intel closely but their comments of revenue down 10% and gross margin of ~53% (it was 64% a year ago and 59% in Q4) are reasonably disastrous. Operating earnings will be down roughly 40% year-over-year and 30% sequentially.

Start of a sea change for the psycho tech market?
