More ways to access the Web are coming to Europe's homes.
Says Peter Bondar, senior vice president for technology and engineering at Acorn, "For the stand-alone home market, the network computer (NC) has lost its opportunity, at least in the volumes that were originally conceived. But there are now new types of devices emerging that rely on the NC concept."
