Investors Intelligence reports 48.8% Bulls, 27.2% Bears, and 24% expecting a near-term correction according Reuters. I believe Brinker's model uses a 4 week moving average for this indicator. He has stated the indicator turns bearish when such average exceeds 70%, but it is only one of his four major indicators. He also has a double check on his timing model where he asks himself a series of questions. P
