Maybe wishful thinking maybe not. All those who gets out of chip makers and OEMs might look to the likes ORCL to park their cash.
Wishful thinking? Maybe. Market works in strange ways.

But then again INTC came out with the same type of warning few weeks prior to the OCT 17 "correction".
