I think this provides good protection for IMGX's market should sales start to take off. This could explain much of the recent stock price action. I've always been concerned that if there is indeed a big market for NVIEW that someone with deep pockets like Microsoft would come in with a competitive product and steal the market from them. Maybe this development makes that possibility less likely.
