Good Evening Jamc,

Yes I too have questions about the public relations manner that Intel has used in particular with its shareholders. I have felt a bit uneasy ever since Andy Grove stepped down. Intel is my second largest holding but after tomorrow it will not be so large. I think many of us have our dreams of the future wrapped in this company. You probably are familiar with Carl Mehr and all the thousands of shares he owns on margin. This is going to be a rough time for him also. I am sure that Intel is going to come under much criticism from shareholders at the next meeting and the company certainly has its work cut out. There has to be some stability on pricing as each other is trying to drive the other out of business. Somewhere the line has to be drawn in the sand. I think this is part of the problem Intel is having.

Frank
