Michael, your post was so balanced and thoughtful. Are you sure you're in the right forum? ;-) It's worth browsing Asenio's web site to get a feel for his business. If he's a "slimeball" as some of the more vociferous members of this forum proclaim, then he's a well-educated "slimeball" with an MBA from Harvard Business School. If you check out his Selected Performances page (http://www.asensio.com/selected.html) , you'll see that he isn't only interested in shorting opportunities - he also looks at undervalued situations. If I had KRY shares (which I don't), I'd follow your advice and take some profits. Asenio may be wrong or he may be crooked, but I doubt he's stupid. I would be very surprised if he's left himself open to being sued successfully. He's been down this road many times before and apparently has emerged unscathed. In any event, this story just keeps getting juicier. Cheers.
