"WITHOUT crushing margins." Those are the key to whether IO is a good buy or not. Over the past year and 1/2 IO media prices on ZIP and Jaz have remained relatively flat. During this same time a 4gb drive not costs less than a 2gb drive back then.

If IO can do it, than congrats. If not I would say my prayers tonight (and every night until they can)..
