Love that vertical. I posted this on the APCO thread,

Ok, 47 posts sent I went to work this morning. You guys have been busy.

Wow! second news release that I have been waiting for. So where do we go from here??? Seems to me the last time the stock ran up
some people thought it was oversold and got out. I'm guessing that
some of those individuals were either chasing the stock trying to get back in or are sitting on the sidelines hoping for a pullback while saying to the, selves, DANG IT. I never should have sold this fundamentally sound stock.

I would like to humbly express my opinion while at the same time recommending that everyone make the decision that they are comfortable with.

Many people including the amigo's (Sergio, Cary and Mike) here and on their thread, have been saying that APCO should be at $12 by the end of the year. Since that time, what has changed?

1. A deal with Allstate that has huge possibilities

2. A deal with Bank One that has bigger possibilities than the Allstate deal

I would like to throw in some other possibilities if I may at the risk of some people thinking I am hyping.

1. Where has most of the recent buying come from? My guess institutions. Would it stop now? I don't think so.

2. I haven't heard much talk on the thread recently about the new product (except me) that they are going to release early spring hopefully before the end of March. "the easy care standard program" that will allow them to penetrate dealers that they hadn't been able to with the easy care certified program. Isn't the end of March pretty close?

3. Like I mentioned in one of my last posts that since the Allstate deal was done, I wondered how long it would be for the other contracts to close? It took the next one exactly 2 days. I'm sure others are very interested.

4. Also in the other post I mentioned, that with these two deals it would be entirely possible that APCO could conceivably trade at a higher PE than it had in the past based on future potential earnings from these two contracts. I don't think that a PE of 35 possibly 40 is unrealistic. I would love to here other peoples opinions on this since I don't have any real hard data to base this last one on other than common sense. Assuming this is possible, that could put APCO between $12.25 and $14.

All comments welcomed here or at the amigo thread
