Do you all use Trend DataLink for downloads? The service over the past two days has been horrendous. It took me 4 hours last night for a download that usually takes 45min. The upload worked fine but when it came time for the download, it stopped dead. That might be a function of a system overload on their part. But tonight, "Invalid Account Status". Puh leeze. I called their customer service and, "that is a message all of our customers are getting. We'll be back up in 1/2 hour." That was two hours ago and now, of course, customer service is closed. Do you guys know of any alternatives to Trend DataStink?
