Problem is I am 32. Not even close to retirement.
It also stinks in that this is not my first piece
of real estate. I saw in Sun Times that you can withdraw
with no pentalty anytime. But I have also seen this 5 year
hold rule. Do you think if I transfer the ira to the bank
and let them have ownership that would pay for the house??
