Arnie: Buyout at 35, before year end. McCaw is a business hero again!
If, by some chance, Nextel advances into the thirties, then buyout in the low forties. In any case Nextel is going to need more money to complete it's expansion. The present strategy of borrowing every other week may really hurt the analyst's feelings about the company. Thus, a company with an organization and sales network, in place, might be a candidate to acquire the company. Look to the United States, what company comes to mind? MOT won't care, they still will sell to the surviving company, and their investment will stay intact. You won't really care, your investment tripled or quadrupled in less than 2 years and by then you'll be tired of re-iterating the same theme and want new excitement.
I just hope that Bubba or someone will get wind of the transaction before announcement so that me and other lurkers will be able to cash in. Basically thats why so many lurkers follow this thread, waiting for one of you guys to say something that will be interpreted as a reason for the stock to move. NO, I'm not saying you cause the stock to move by your words, just that potential investors may interpret your words as the reason the stock will advance, thus, time to jump in. I believe that, thats why I watched this thread. Maybe, my sometime contra remarks are good, in that sense.
