This is why the more I think about it, the more the following makes sense. IOM would be in a better position if they were to merge with a DD powerhouse, this woould definately give them clout and they wouldn't have such a massive wall to climb everytime they comeout with a new prodcuts. A good case in point, although, in different industries, is today's acquisition of the Money Store by First Union.
