Cleve - You are preaching to the choir. You are absolutely right. Hell, MSFT would be trading on the pink sheets if they waited till litigation from the whiners to stop. BTW, speaking of whiners. Did anyone see McNeally crying to Congress about how big, bad MSFT was costing SUNW money? TG
