Darrell, thank you. The sweet thing about DELL is that even if one did buy at the high of 143 or so, and the stock goes down the next week by 10 by 14 points or so, we know: if we just hold, we will be a LOT wealthier by the end of the year. IMO one of the functions this thread does admirably is to provide insight and detailed knowledge of the company's operations so new investors and new shareholders have the knowledge they need not to panic when the stock price takes a dip. As long as we know DELL is unique within the industry, the longterm holders can view the future with equanimity. IF I had known that INTC was going to issue a pre-announcement, I would certainly have sold DELL today, so I would have more money tomorrow to buy it back. I didn't. But being long, I don't have to worry about it. I am still going to beat the market average by a bunch just holding DELL this year. Regards, 3.
