KRY SHOULD BE SHORTED IMMEDIATELY!!!

A real brouhaha is building over Crystallex (Amex: KRY).

Asensio has just issued a bunch of excellent reports on the company:

asensio.com

It looks like we have another mini Bre-x in the making!!!

Naturally, the company made the fatal mistake of immediately issuing a strong denial to Asensio's report and threatening to sue. The last time I saw such a vicious counter-attack to Asensio's claims was Solv-ex. In the end, Asensio was proven 100% correct and the company went into bankruptcy.

The speed which crystallex issued today's very shrill denial/threat and the quality of Asensio's research into this complex fraud leads me to believe we have a no-brainer "short to zero" here.
