It looks like I have to pick a fight with the Quotes Plus folks in the morning. I have a dedicated line for my ISP and have all the noise turned off so I don't have to listen to the modem. On a whim, I picked up my phone and manually dialed the numbers that were provided in the Demo and Help files. The first thing I learned was that the area code is no longer "810" but rather "248". So, the next thing I did was change the area code and dial it again. This time I got the phone company interrupt to let me know the number I was dialing had been "disconnected, or is no longer in service, etc.". I dialed it a second time with the same results. Is there a secret handshake I need to learn before they will disclose the correct phone number to make the Demo work...egads!! I can't believe they would let folks download a demo with bad phone numbers programmed in. On second thought, yep, I do believe it. Ideas, anyone? Thanks, Ken
