MVSI seeks merger advice, stock rises Here's the news from Reuters: biz.yahoo.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday March 4, 8:20 pm Eastern Time MVSI seeks merger advice, stock rises VIENNA, Va., March 4 (Reuters) - Software developer MVSI Inc said Wednesday it is seeking advice on mergers, acquisitions and debt or equity financing from its new financial advisor BlueStone Capital Partners LP. ''We look forward to working with (BlueStone) as we implement strategic initiatives intended to enhance shareholder value,'' MVSI Chairman Edward Ratkovich said in a statement. MVSI performs computer software engineering and development for systems applications. MVSI stock rose 5/32 to 6-3/8 on Nasdaq.
