SANTA CLARA, Calif. -(Dow Jones)- Intel Corp. late Wednesday warned
that its first-quarter earnings will fall short of Wall Street
estimates, with revenue slipping 10% from the fourth quarter's $6.5
billion, because of weak demand for its microprocessors from computer
makers.

2. FYI: CPQ using many K-6 (not Pentium II) in sub-1000 computers.
