I have been a Brown & Co. customer for about 8 years. Yes, it is good news that a broker can take your order but my experience in the past with Brown & Co. is that it takes a few minutes on hold before you get to talk to a broker. The price can change by the time you get to place your order. Hopefully, internet access is instanteous. Regards.
