I think a robust discussion of the situation is productive which is why I like this thread. I have merely been pointing out that the government seems to be admitting they are running into big trouble and that this is an interesting situation given that Zitel appears to be well postioned to address the problem. Does you have a feel for the percentage of sites that will not let source code leave the premises and the ability of the industry to meet this demand?
