Hello, why is it that some of these theme-based restaraunts, like Hard Rock, Planet Hollywood, and Rainforest, can do so well, while others like Country Star appear to be doing so poorly?

I know it's not that nobody likes country music, 'cause EVERYBODY in Virginia listens to it...
