george, that 8-k was a lawyers dream.. Alot of legal mumbo jumbo was going on in it. My take was that options could be bought..(netting agti $114,000) . i was not clear if these optioned securities would then be sold right away. I am assuming, yes... and yes, they would be added to float.. and yes.. this could be one factor holding this stock back.. But don't turn your head for a moment on this one.. Can't you feel the "buildup" of positive pressure in this stock.. Man, it is definitely there.. Deals are happening that are bringing agti MONEY!! and that is and was the key to their future... By the end of this year it looks like a nice amount of MILLIONS of dollars should be coming into the co. With England not even mentioned yet, or Sonic Bingo, or the other patented stuff, or the 2nd phase of the BTC deal....This sucker is ready to go to .375 or higher.. It will just take the "rally day" for it to do that. When that will be, noone can say, but can't you sense it based on the facts? If that is not the case, something is very wrong in River city!! at .11 cents, what can i say... BUY MORE!
