Uriel,

I think the market WILL overreact, but that the overreaction can only last for a few months. This Intel announcement is mostly the result of computer makers like CPQ and DELL squeezing their inventories. They've dropped the amount of stuff they keep on hand, so they bought less during the latest quarter.

The good news is that this could be a temporary effect. If CPQ, DELL and others are still seeing growth in sell through, their purchasing pattern will have to return to normal. Once inventory is stable their purchasing pattern has to track the sales growth.

I think this could offer a good buying point, since the overreaction is likely to be severe.
